Who we are

FetchIt (https://fetchit.shop) is operated by The BNM Hub.

Using FetchIt

FetchIt helps you research and compare products sold in India. Use it for lawful, personal shopping decisions. Purchases and paid features are for people aged 18 or over.

Don’t scrape the site, query it automatically, resell its answers, try to get around credit or rate limits, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Information, not a guarantee

FetchScore, FetchMatch, verdicts and AI answers are our assessment at a point in time. Live AI answers are generated from web pages that can be wrong or out of date. Prices and stock change — check them on the retailer’s page before buying. FetchIt doesn’t sell products; purchases you make are between you and the retailer.

Your account

Keep your email account and password secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in with a code. One account per person. Family members each use their own account.

SmartBuy memberships

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay.
• Cancel anytime from your membership page: you won’t be charged again and you keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Upgrades start immediately; the unused part of your previous plan is refunded pro rata. Moves to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly, take effect at your next renewal.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a short grace period while it’s retried; after that the plan ends.
• We won’t raise the price of an existing subscription without telling you in advance; you can cancel before a change applies.
• Family plans: the owner pays and manages billing. Members get the plan while the owner’s plan is active and may share the owner’s credits within limits the owner sets.

FetchCredits

• Credits pay for live AI features. The cost of each action is shown before you use it; a request that fails is never charged.
• Monthly plan credits roll over for one month, up to your plan’s limit. Decision Pass credits last as long as the pass; credit packs last 90 days; bonus credits last as stated when given.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
• We may change credit costs for future requests; credits you already hold keep their expiry dates.

Promotions and referrals

Promo codes and referral rewards follow the conditions shown with them, are limited to one per person unless stated, and can’t be combined with fraud or self-referral. Rewards linked to a payment are reversed if that payment is refunded.

Our content

FetchIt’s scores, text and design belong to FetchIt. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve FetchIt.

Liability

We work to keep FetchIt accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions or purchases made using FetchIt, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems can be fixed quickly.

For a grievance, use the contact form with the topic “Grievance”. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the effective date and tell members by email before the change applies.
