Reporting an error
Use "Report Incorrect Information" on the Contact page for a wrong specification, an outdated price, a mislabelled verdict, or any other factual issue.
What happens next
We review the specific product or page, verify against our source data, and correct it if the report is valid. Where a correction changes a FetchScore or FetchVerdict materially, the page's "last updated" date reflects that.
What we do not do
We do not remove an accurate but unflattering verdict at a brand's request. Corrections are made for factual accuracy only, not to change an outcome someone dislikes.
